This is a SIDE PANEL (80cm x 160cm), with 6 Rungs. which permits a person to walk through, at different levels on the scaffolding.
Sometimes, scaffolds are erected in areas which are frequented by many. In such places the passer by must be allowed to go through the ground level of the scaffold. Item IS0.70168A is seen on pavements, in busy areas.
At upper levels, item IS0.70168A is used in the internal parts of passages. Evidently, this item must not be used on the outer sides, as this could be dangerous.
