STANDARD RUBBER WHEELS, POLYPROPYLENE CENTRE, SWIVEL BRACKET TYPE NL WITH BOLT HOLE AND FRONT LOCK
Castors which have a bolt hole could be mounted on to a trolley either by means of a bolt, or an expansion fitting. While the hole has a 12 mm diameter, it could also take an adapter which reduces it to 8 or 10mm, according to requirements.
Wheel description
Standard rubber tread; hardness 80 Shore A. Polypropylene centre.
Plain bearing bore or roller bearing bore
The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle.
In the roller bearing bore, the bearing housing is obtained by moulding and contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage.
Axle
Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel bracket with bolt hole NL with front lock
Swivel bracket with bolt hole type NL. The plate and fork are of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. The front brake is necessary to lock wheel and top plate rotation.
