Wheel description Polyamide 6 solid wheels. Plain bearing, roller bearing or ball bearing bore The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle. In the roller bearing bore, the housing is obtained by moulding and contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage. In the ball bearing bore, the housing is obtained by moulding and contains ball bearings series Z. Stainless steel axle Axle composed of ground AISI 304 stainless steel bush, with stainless steel bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and stainless steel nut according to UNI EN 24032. Swivel bracket with bolt hole NLX with front lock Swivel bracket type NLX. The plate and fork are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; swivel actions: double ball greased race of AISI 304 stainless steel. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted. The front brake is necessary to lock wheel and top plate rotation. |
