Polyamide 6 solid wheels.
Plain bearing, roller bearing or ball bearing bore
The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle.
In the roller bearing bore, the housing is obtained by moulding and contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage.
In the ball bearing bore, the housing is obtained by moulding and contains ball bearings series Z.
Axle
Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel top plate bracket type P
Swivel top plate bracket type P. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of nylon. The king pin is made of steel bolt series 8.8 and nut.
Intended mainly for static uses, for medium-heavy capacities. The excellent rolling resistance ensures that minimum manual effort is needed in handling, but only on smooth floors.
Examples of recommended applications: trolleys for internal use in the food and canning industries, tannery equipment, flower trolleys, manual pallet trucks, mobile scaffoldings.

Designed for industrial environments, even in presence of aggressive chemical substances. Not recommended in areas with strong organic acids and concentrated mineral acids.
