Polyamide 6 solid wheels.
Plain bearing, roller bearing or ball bearing bore
The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle.
In the roller bearing bore, the housing is obtained by moulding and contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage.
In the ball bearing bore, the housing is obtained by moulding and contains ball bearings series Z.
Axle
Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel top plate bracket M with front lock
Swivel top plate bracket. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish. Swivel actions: double ball greased race; dust protection granted by the particular plate configuration. The king pin is obtained by moulding and duly rivetted. The front brake is necessary to lock wheel and top plate rotation.
