Swivel top plate bracket M with front lock
Swivel top plate bracket. The plate, the ball rice ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish. Swivel actions: double ball greased race; dust protection granted by the particular plate configuration. The king pin is obtained by molding and duly riveted. The front brake is necessary to lock wheel and top plate rotation.
