Tube Clamp or Key Clamps for 42.4mm hand rail tube. This malleable iron casting is also available in 26.9mm tube clamps, 33.7mm tube clamps, 48.3mm tube clamps, and 60.3mm tube clamps. Complies with B.S. EN1461. And are also known by the term pipe clamps.

Three way tee used to join 3 tubes at 90° to each other with the vertical passing through the fitting. Typical use would be on structures such as market stall or play frames.

All clamps come with stainless steel grub screws fitted. If full tightened using a ratchet key to a torque of 4.1kg/m (29ft/lb), the grub screw is capable of withstanding an applied slip load of 900kg

A ‘tubeclamps’ fitting is an iron casting, galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461.
The ‘tubeclamps’ fitting is supplied with specially coated case hardened set screws, as standard.

EASY TO USE

‘Tubeclamps’ fittings are manufactured with simplicity and ease of use, very much in mind.  No special skills required – no welding, no bending, no threading: just a hexagonal key to tighten the set screws, and you can join tubing together in a matter of seconds.  The comprehensive range of fittings and sizes, means that ‘tubeclamps’ fittings can be used in a wide variety of applications, temporary or permanent.
