Cast iron solid wheel.
Plain bearing bore or ball bearing bore
The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle.
In the ball bearing bore, the housing is obtained by moulding and turning and contains ball bearings series Z.
Axle
Axle composed of ground steel bush with bolt according to UNI EN 24017 and nut according to UNI EN 24032.
Swivel top plate bracket type NL
Swivel top plate bracket type NL. The plate, the ball race ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted.

Uses
Intended mainly for static uses and for high carrying capacities. The model with plain bore is resistant to temperatures from -40 C to +400°C and is, therefore, particularly suitable for oven applications. To use a castor at temperatures above 100 °C, the wheel needs to be fitted with a specific bracket for high-temperature use.Technical features
