Description

APPLICATION

The geared trolley is hand operated by pulling the hand chain and the pain trolley by pushing the load lifted, running on the bottom flange of monorail. Attach the chain block under the trolley to form a trolley type chain block, they may be mounted on monorail overhead conveying system with straight line or curve, hand traveling Cram and jib crane. They are suitable for use widely in factories, mines wharves,docks, warehouse and engine ro0m for installation of equipments well as for conveyance of goods. It is especially advantageous for use at the Places where no power supply is available and for maintenance and repair of equipment.

FEATURES

1.Safe in operation,minimum in maintenance.

  1. Compact in construction and minimum dimension for installation. To meet the requirement in use, wheel distance between flanges can be easily adjusted according to the width of monorail.

3.As bearings are mounted on the wheel axle, the trolley are high efficiency in operation with small hand push/pull Force.

4.Adopt the special wheel hub surface, the trolleys are apt to run on the flat surface and slant surface with inclination 1:6 and below.

  1. The wheels are designed with flanges the trolleys can run on curved I-beam with smaller radius.

CONSTRUCTION

1.Geared trolley (see Fig. 1 )is composed of a left plate (10),right plate(7),hanger pin (6),hanger plate(8), hand wheel (3) and shaft (4) etc.

  1. The wheels(1)are mounted in both left and right plates, hanger pin, passing through left and right plates and hanger plate on which the hoists hang, is locked by nuts(12).
  2. Geared trolley is driven by pulling hand-chain(5) to Actuate shaft(4),gear (2) and driving wheels (1), and run on I-beam.plain trolley is driven by pushing a load lift ed with it.

4.In order to meet the needs of fitting different width of I-beams, wheel distance between flanges can be adjusted by placing the adjusting washers (11) on the inside on outside of the plates.

INSTALLATION

  1. While installing, in the general, the number of the adjusting washers in each the inside of left and right plates should be equal. In order to meet the clearance F between w- heel flange and I-beam outside, the number of the washers in any the inside of the plates can be allowed to increase or decrease one piece if necessary (see Fig.1 and Fig.2)
  2. 2. After the trolley is mounted on the I-beam, tighten up the nuts (12) in hanger pin (6),and suspend a light load to trial run. When wheels are perfect contact with I-beam configuration, then tighten up the lock nuts. Great attention should be given to tightening up the nuts each other.

3.After installing. Put the trolleys into trial operating under light load and 125% rated load to travel reciprocally in the full length of monorail. It can only be used when it is found perfect in testing.

PRECAUTION

1.Over-loading is strictly forbidden.

  1. While lifting the load,passing or working under a lifting load is strictly for bidden.

3.Stop operating immediately in case the hand chain can not be pulled or the chain pull fore exceeds that of normal operation. And inspection should be made to see if there is anything entangled with the load.

  1. Do not pull the hand chain in the position oblique to the plane of hand wheel as to prevent the chain from Tangling.

5.Bearing, gear, and I-beam surface should be greased regularly and examine the bolts and nuts to make sure that they are tightened.
